Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp coconut powder


  • 1 cups boiled peas


  • 1 nos boil potato


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp for stuffing : salt


  • 1/2 cups chop onion


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil for tadka


  • 1 tsp rai


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp blavk seasme seeds


  • 1 tsp white seasme seeds


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Directions

  • Heat water add salt
  • When boil add rice flour
  • Cover for 5 min.
  • Then make a dough
  • Heat oil add peas ,chilli and boil potato
  • Ash and mix
  • Add all spices
  • Take dough and devide in equal parts
  • Take a ball and flattern it
  • Fill peas filling in it
  • And cover by sealing from all sides
  • Make all balls and cook them for 20 min in steamer
  • Now make tadka
  • Heat oil add rai,jeera,curry leaves
  • And seasme seeds
  • Add rice balls and toss
  • Add flakes and serve hot
